Hadrian’s Gate

A three-arched Roman monumental gateway at the edge of Kaleiçi.

A closer look

Hadrian’s Gate is a surviving Roman city entrance in Antalya. Known locally as Üç Kapılar, or Three Gates, it can be studied together with the surrounding traces of the walls.

View the whole façade before looking more closely at the arches and decoration. Making this a short first stop on a Kaleiçi walk helps connect the city walls with the settlement.
