Termessos Ancient City

Ancient remains in a mountain setting, with a striking theatre outlook.

A closer look

Termessos lies within the national park around Güllük Mountain. Reaching the ruins involves an uphill trail beyond the parking area; the theatre is a prominent stop.

Do not plan it as a quick roadside photo break. Allow separately for walking, rests and the return. In unsuitable weather, a shorter plan or postponement may be more appropriate.
