1. Parties and scope
This agreement governs membership between Cen Medya Limited Şirketi (the Company) and the person creating an account on gezilecekyerler.com.tr or turkiyedestinations.com (the Member). These conditions apply when the Member accepts the agreement during registration. Effective date: 8 October 2026.
2. The service
The platform is a digital guide to destinations, places and itineraries. Available account features include likes, private lists, saved itineraries and personal travel plans. A guide entry does not constitute a booking, ticket, transport or guided-tour service. Membership is currently free. Any paid service requires separate disclosure of its scope and price and separate acceptance before a charge is made.
3. Registration and security
Use accurate information and an email address you control, and complete email verification. Impersonation is prohibited. Passwords must contain at least 8 characters. Keep your password private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly; this does not remove the Company's own security duties. Membership is intended for people able to enter a legally valid agreement. Anyone requiring a legal representative's approval must obtain it before registering.
4. Private plans and acceptable use
Personal lists and itineraries are visible only to their owner by default. Editing a personal copy does not change the editorial original. Likes and saves may contribute to totals without identifying individual members. Automated account creation, false engagement, unauthorized data collection, bypassing safeguards and disrupting the service are prohibited. Members must respect applicable law and others' rights.
5. Contributions and intellectual property
Where contribution, photo or comment features are available, submit only material you are entitled to share. Unlawful, misleading or privacy-infringing content is prohibited. Contributors retain their rights and grant only the non-exclusive permission needed to review, publish, resize and present their submission on the platform with appropriate attribution. This is not blanket permission for unrelated resale or independent third-party advertising. Publication is subject to editorial review. Rights complaints should identify the content and supporting grounds.
6. Travel information and external services
Opening times, prices, access and transport conditions may change. Check the relevant operator's or authority's current announcements before travel. Maps and directions are aids, not substitutes for local warnings or safe decisions. Google Maps, WhatsApp and other external services have their own conditions. Mandatory legal responsibilities and users' statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Closing or restricting an account
Request account closure from your registered email address at [email protected]. Proportionate identity verification may be required. Accounts may be restricted or closed for conduct threatening security or others' rights. Measures should be proportionate; reasons and a channel to challenge the decision are provided unless legal or security considerations prevent this. Closure does not require immediate destruction of records that must be retained for legal obligations or ongoing disputes.
8. Personal data and account notices
The KVKK Privacy Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain data processing. Acceptance is neither marketing permission nor blanket consent to personal-data processing. Verification, password recovery and necessary service messages may be sent to the account email.
9. Changes and questions
The current text is published here. Material changes to rights or obligations are communicated through an appropriate channel and renewed acceptance is requested when necessary. Changes do not create unlimited retroactive obligations. Turkish law applies subject to mandatory protections, including applicable consumer remedies and jurisdiction rules.
